Process was smooth. . Agents were very knowledgeable on current market conditions and were able to communicate effectively. Agents advertise the property using all available means such as social media, websites, and open house sessions. They also kept us inform of all the events as they were happening. Brad was great to work with when we had to find a rental on short notice for a job relocation. He gave us several options within budget and went above and beyond to ensure we found a place that suited our needs. If you want to sell your home for a good price, then hire Page Properties Team. Bradford Page and Joshua Ingram are incredible. They really do make a good team. I interviewed many realtors over the phone and three in-person before hiring the Page Properties Team. The first two who looked at the house, started the conversation with a list of negative things about the house and they wanted me to list the house $225,000 less than what Page Properties Team sold it for.
