Such a beautiful place to be married at... At first I was anxious because of all the changes going on with contact, change of ownership, etc. Some things were forgotten about and others turned out to be a blessing. I am grateful for Lisa and Jo Ellen's guidance. Our wedding turned out fabulous, charming and quaint.
We will not be coming here again. My children and the bride's child, ages 12 and 6, we're looking at the koi pond and the owner, Jane, told them, "If you cut my elephant ears, I'll cut your necks." She terrified my children and was rude and unapologetic to us!!! This is shameful to her and her business.
We had a Christmas party in the polo barn last night and the space, even though large enough to easily seat over 60, felt quite intimate for our group of 30. This is due to the open beam ceilings and the white twinkling lights along the ceiling. Outside the grounds were lit with more white twinkling lights. Perfect combination of rustic charm. Loved it!
We celebrated my daughters 4th birthday party today at the Page House in Georgetown. It was amazing! I didn't have to lift a finger. Jane and her staff made sure every detail was perfect...they covered everything from decorations to favors. It was the easiest birthday party I've ever thrown...and probably the best! Thank you Page House for an unforgettable party!
