I hadn’t used a flower shop for any reason before, but when I walked in to see how PFC operated they were extremely welcoming and helpful. They were obviously busy, but they went out of their way to help me and answer any questions I had. Very lovely shop and people!
Called with a last minute request for a flower arrangement for a dear friend that is in hospital. They were very helpful with options and got the flowers to her within 2 hours.

Paducah Flower company allowed me to place an order online for delivery to Murray, KY. They called me the morning of the delivery to notify me that they couldn’t process the delivery because it’s an hour away. They stated they go to Murray only on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is now too late to get a flower delivery.
