Esto es para que no se les ocurra en un instante rentar aquí , hace más de 2 días que no hay agua caliente en el edificio , el encargado viene un día y tres no , si se te daña algo del apartamento tienes que rogar para que lo arreglen , no hay personal de mantenimiento , las atenciones son pésimas , el Loundry no funciona , es solo por monedas y casi siempre están llenos , no se sabe para cuando arreglen esto del agua caliente . Greg Walden is extremely unprofessional with tenants using aggressive tactics and unethical behavior. Yet since he “represents the owner” his behavior goes unchecked. If I could rate a 0 I would’ve done so. Wouldn’t recommend as they will make excuses for themselves at the expense of tenants & in some cases financial, physical or psychological expense.
