Late Fee Policy Could Be Fairer The apartment itself is decent, but the late fee policy could use some improvement. When the office is closed on weekends and there’s no online payment option, tenants who try to pay promptly the next business day still get charged. Adjusting the policy to account for these situations would make it fairer and show more consideration for residents.
The apartments are very well designed. The complex has excellent maintenance, service, and staff. Their portal is easy to use for payments and services. There are pleasant grounds well maintained, an indoor gym, outdoor pool, & tennis etc. From a tenant perspective, everyone renting seems quite friendly. Pets were well mannered & on leashes.
