A/C been broke for 2 going on 3 months no one’s fixed it yet every time u call they place on hold and hang up or be nasty and rude. They don’t care about their residents just care about loving people in and getting money. Rent change every month it went to 1,200 too 1,500 a month and saying it’s for water… in a one bedroom when I’m bearly there ?? Not accurate at all. don’t rent from them!
Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here today. I had a 5:30 PM appointment to tour the property, showed up on time, and was told when I got there that the person who was supposed to give me the tour had already left for the day. How does that even happen? If the tour wasn’t going to happen, the least they could have done was call or text me before I drove all the way there. Just renewed my lease because I don’t feel like moving but this will definitely be my last lease. I’m big on communication and that has not been up to par. I can never reach the office through phone, email, or the resident portal. I finally was able to get off work before the office closed and when I went in I was only greeted by one employee. I don’t usually Leave a review, but at this point, I’m not sure what to do. We rented from the Paddock Club for two years, never complain, even though all the maintenance that was needed was never done. The carpets were supposed to be clean. They never did the backsplash in the bathroom it was never painted the wallpaper just showing that they pulled off and put the mirrors back.
