This apartment complex is terrible! My mother ceiling is falling, mold everywhere and the manager just ignored my mother. They did not want to see the photos. She did put in work orders way before it got bad and maintenance didn’t do anything.
I am a new resident here and I would like to acknowledge leasing agent Samantha for her compassion and diligence to my urgent need to move. Samantha was very kind and helpful when I came in inquiring about any immediate availability. First let me start by saying this, the property is very beautiful, but what makes it more at easy is the customer service from the leasing staff. But the one that stuck out to me the most was Samantha, she was very, and I mean very helpful, polite and answered all the question I need answered. My son move in was a breeze because of her. Now don't get me wrong the other staff I spoke with was polite but when Samantha took over and assisted me along the way I let out a breath of fresh air. In less than a year I have had several leaks causing mold and damage to the unit. It takes maintenance that is very understaffed more than 2 weeks to get to you. Don't even bother with less than emergent issues. Property manager has recently changed with slow if any improvements, but quick to add on fees that were not part of my original lease agreement. Trying to break my lease. God Bless those moving in
Currently reside here. We moved in May. Since moving in we’ve had problems after problems. Our move in was delayed by 3 weeks due to no air in the unit, we moved in despite not having air. When we officially moved in we discovered we had no hot water. After a manager switch, we were finally able to get the issues resolved.
