I worked with Mrs. Monica, this is my FIRST apartment and she made everything very easy and stress free. She answered all my question and explained everything very clearly and made sure I had no problems!
Great staff everyone is so nice and friendly, they were very helpful in answering my question, If you looking for a place to live 10/10 highly recommend
Maintenance totally sucks
Mrs. Monica has been so helpful with getting things done (unanswered maintenance requests) and helping me with the renewal process. Although she is new to the Paddock Club, she gets things done and is always willing to meet with you to discuss any concerns. I am excited to see where she will take this place!
