I have tried to work with and be understanding of this company. Yes the board is ultimately responsible for the nonsense that goes on, but that doesn't give management a pass when they lie to me. Two years ago we TNRd a feral cat. The HOA then told us we were responsible for taking care of him. We fought this for two years, eventually having an IDR. I’ve worked with Sean Freeley and Packard Management for over five years, and they have been consistently outstanding. They are extremely professional, very responsive, and do an excellent job staying on top of every aspect of the property. Communication is always clear and timely, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about proper management and long-term results. I highly recommend them.

Packard has done a great job with our community. I would say, I understand the negative reviews but management companies must take direction from the Board, and therefore the Board disposition has more to do with the way Packard interacts with residents. If the Board says "be friendly and collaborative" then I've seen Packard do just that. I've enjoyed working with our Packard property managers over the years and would recommend to others. As president of the HOA, we were in dire need of a new management company. We interviewed several management companies and chose Packard. It was the best decision we ever made. I have worked with Brenda Travares, our property manager, for over 3 years. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and, importantly, always available to assist if needed. I would highly recommend Packard Management Group.
