Beyond awful. Didn’t do much of anything especially the past couple months before another HOA company took over. And when calling the office, they sound miserable, if they even answer the phone. Their tone of voice is rude and condescending. They sound like they loathe their job.

UPDATE: Downgrading my review to one star instead of two. Packard is still horrible. Our building recently went without water access for 9 HOURS (it was supposed to be a shutoff only from 9am-1pm) and they provided no notice or communication about the delay. When I filed a complaint with them, they basically told me they wouldn’t speak to me because I’m a tenant, not the homeowner. What does the homeowner have to do with this at all? Working with Brenda Tavares at Packard Management has been a truly positive experience. She is consistently responsive to my questions and concerns, and she handles any issues quickly and effectively. Unresponsive, disorganized, unhelpful, and unreliable. They're great at managing our building, but they seem like they could care less about the tenants. When my roommate and I moved in, they tried to charge us exorbitant fees. A $300 refundable deposit and a $140 non-refundable move-in fee. From EACH of us. So $600 in refundable fees and $280 in non-refundable fees. Packard has been great to work with! I have been on other HOA boards and I can say that our experience with Packard has been over and beyond what we've experienced with other HOA companies. In particular, Brenda T. (community manager) has been amazing to work with. She is responsive and attentive to our needs as a board. Thank you Brenda!
