We have been using this company for well over 10 years! They are courteous, fair with their pricing and we have never had an issue. I just jumped on this site this afternoon after stopping in and Amanda mentioned these 2 reviews below that are sooooo not true!!!! Packaging Depot had shipped very delicate Antiques for us as well as several paintings. Shame on that person below who really appears to get off by being vicious!

Nice Review below. Let me explain something to you, if we are so incompetent how have we been in business so long???? What happened to you was an error, you received an item from an auction house and another customer received your item from the same auction house. The items were given to us on the same day, were about the same size and coloring. We are human and we made an error. I would describe my recent experinece with Wayne & Amanda at the Packaging Depot as the worst shipping experience of my life. \r\n\r\nIn my business I deal with a few hundred different packers/shippers throughout the USA over the course of the year.\r\n\r\nNever have I encountered the level of incompetence, rudeness, stupidity and aggressive ignorance as I experienced with Wayne and Amanda at the Packaging Depot.\r\n\r\nWayne and Amanda at the Packaging Depot wrongly shipped my valuable item to someone else in another state ... read more

Friendly, but incompetent. Great for packing and shipping an old bathrobe, but don't let them near your antiques, artwork or anything of value! Overpriced as well for terrible service. Yankee ingenuity passed these folks by.
