This is the first place I've lived in where I felt safe and stable. Both RiAazia and Veronica are very friendly and professional and great at communicating with my husband and I.
While we did not end up renting here, RiAaiza was incredibly kind, authentic, and helpful doing our tour. It ultimately came down to unit availability. RiAaiza was patient, answered all of our questions, and the team is lucky to have her. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a cute cozy home on a beautiful property.
I must honestly say that the Overlook at Westridge has exceeded my expectations. Relocating is truly a daunting task and RiAaiza Duncan made our process seamless. RiAaiza communications with me throughout the process was flawless. Everything she promised and communicated about the property was spot on. Thank you RiAaiza Duncan for keeping your word; that's no common these days. If you're thinking about coming to the Overlook at Westridge, you will not be disappointed.
Manager and assistant manager are wonderful people who care for their tenants. Maintenance team also is tirelessly working all over the community, such a diverse work group very wonderful to see everybody working to make a better community. Thank you to all the workers who are making this a better place to live.
These are by far the worst apartments I have lived in in my entire life. When I first toured it seemed like a good deal. Good prices. The show unit they have set up is nicely updated with laminate flooring, but in my experience I didn't see a single unit with these updates. They are cheap to rent and have a very low barrier to entry...almost no screening requirements.
