Scheduled a tour and drove 50 minutes only to be met with a note on the office that they are closed for the day? Looks like the reviews about poor management are true, I don't know why they think it's okay to waste people's money and time. So unprofessional and disappointing.

I was illegally put out of this unit by Veronica at Overlook at Westridge apartments. with Housing Authority paying $3000 a month on my behalf for rent and utilities. She had a man come to my door at 9pm multiple times. placing notices and even a sheriffs notice to leave on my door. My time here was stressful, for me and my 5-year-old daughter. Renewed my lease, and so sad to say I did! DON'T rent here! Unprofessional and rude management. Maintenance don't maintain anything but the upkeep of the office. The ladies working close the office more than they're open. The pool is always closed. The key entry to get into the package room is NEVER going to get fixed. It's so inconvenient to have a hub that we have no access to. Horrible place to live.
