if you like privacy this isn't the place for you. in last 2 months had 6 inspections. absolutely rediculous!!!! because we are poor we have to take all this nonsense and intaginations! where's our rights.
In any apartment complex you have to take the good and the bad. New manger I yet to meet. They do change management to often. This apartments were built in the 70s need to update not just the outside but the inside to. Would be great to have more things for the tenets. Also if management what's to really no what we need a nother survey.
My experience at the overlook was very good especially with management. The property manager Albert treated me like a good friend and not just another person there renting . He always did he best to help even when I did something wrong he talked me like a human. The office environment was very friendly!! They truly made the overlook your home!
