STAY AWAY SERIOUSLY. I can not stress enough-avoid at all costs!!! I Don’t know how it shows their ratings as 4/5 stars. Tenants hate and it leave. Check out the reviews on Facebook and Google. Nasty property. You have to call and beg for them clean up the area around the dumpster because tenants will send their small children to take out the trash! Poor place to live I would not send no one here to live. It takes them about a mth or so to fix anything in your apartment and when they do it be half done. Also they have one trash compacter for all the residents at the complex. If you leave any trash bags outside on the floor of the compacter they will fine you for leaving it there and they take pictures and go through the trash bags as well.I'm not leaving bags of garbage in my house until the compacter is empty again. Progress not perfect yet I've lived at center Court for 5 years now, actually just signed my 5th year lease. Roughly 2 years ago a new management company came in and now manage the property. The property has gone thru some growing pains since then but now with a new property manager Christina and her attention to detail,the property has really come around. Very unprofessional Rose(manager) is rude and unprofessional. She have most of her family living there. Maintanance is her son and the dont do their job. Dont recommended it. Look somewhere else.
Worst place I've ever lived One positive is that the apartments are very spacious but from the outside they just look dreary and dark. The don't even pressure was the buildings and there are no sidewalks to walk on. I never see anyone use the pool. They want to complain blabout people blinds buy they don't look at the fact that there are more serious issues, such as people having mold in their apartments. Use to be a hopy place to live Since they fired everyone and got new management it seems like they don't care about people anymore . In everyone's leases they were allowed to have grills and now they're taking that away fining everyone and $50 for having it outside unfortunately some of us have grills that are too large to bring in . This is low income yet they're raising our rent and they use electric that doubles our bill. . pro's and con's Nice apartments on average. Managers are very nice, although many of the issues here and a few other apts stem from the whole management company themself which of course management has no control over on property. If you have a problem, no matter how small, any issues again come from upper mgrt. The rooms are very small. They at least have a small dinning room area. Pemberly Palm apartment It is a very nice and quiet place very clean and very respected no bad crimes and not over crowded
Just Great!!! Just moved in here a few months ago, just love the peaceful environment. Park and Pool just a few yards away from my front door. We feel very safe with it being a gated community, 10 pm curfew and nightly security...just awesome. Mary Ann Gamez, San Antonio, Texas
