Worst place I've ever lived One positive is that the apartments are very spacious but from the outside they just look dreary and dark. The don't even pressure was the buildings and there are no sidewalks to walk on. I never see anyone use the pool. They want to complain blabout people blinds buy they don't look at the fact that there are more serious issues, such as people having mold in their apartments. Overlook at Monroe The apartments could really use some work. They are recently under new management. It took about 6 months to get a working dishwasher and a fully working stove, but most of that was under the old management. I got both within 2 months of new management. The neighborhood isn't the worst but it also isn't the greatest. We have some really good neighbors. Loud music and bass come through every night after 10:00pm.
