It was really really good. We ate breakfast there and decided to go back for lunch. Very good food and friendly staff. You can also get fishing supplies from there country store plus a license. And the chainsaw carver was awesome! Definitely will go there again next time I am at picwick.
Love love love Pickwick Outpost. Their food is amazing and it is so family friendly. Love the fact that the music is Christian. All I can say is Praise God for a family friendly restaurant.
Truly blessed to have been able to eat dinner here tonight......the atmosphere was such a blessing to be apart of.....the owner Jay was such a God loving, Christian man....he came to our table, introduced himself, and told of a little history of the place and how he not only started the outpost, but how a ministry evolved as well.... God is so at work here .....from the Christian music playing, to the unbelievable waitress we had, the relaxing view, and bible verses on the menu......oh and the food was delicious!
One word describes The Outpost for us. Awesome!!! We will be back!!!�
To start, the atmosphere is perfect. The service is great and the food was very, very good. In fact it reminded me of the way my mother used to cook. I had eggs, sourdough toast(delicious) and bacon while my buddy had the sausage gravy and biscuits two mornings in a row. "Thanks" to your hospitality. We will come back again.
The Christian atmosphere, people were helpful and polite, food good and price reasonable, will be back

We ate lunch there yesterday ,had the best Bar-B -Q and homemade banana pudding , great service ,and the caramel cake is awesome , we love to eat there !
