Amazing products!! So many items to choose from and they do custom stuff for those unique projects.
I purchased two 30” Avalon Concrete Fire Bowls from The Outdoor Plus, expecting a high-end product for the price. Unfortunately, within months, the finish started cracking, making them look cheap and worn out. When I reached out to the company multiple times, their solution? Spray paint. I called this company in regards to pricing for 2 fire bowls. I was dealing with Jose who takes forever to respond back. He gave me a quote through a text which I have all the texts messages to prove. I went to their actual shop to purchase them and when I got there he wanted to charge me double the price. When I questioned him he said “I will get back to you” and of course he never did. Do Not do business here unless you want the run around. I took my business somewhere else and so glad I did.
