My wife and I have been here a few times, always great! It’s a low-key, personal attention hotel with a great restaurant and bar, and a cool record selection to take back to your room! Lala took care of us over the weekend, we had a great stay and will be back!
If you’re looking for a great experience downtown, The Otis Hotel is the place. It has everything in one package. The hotel has great views from the rooftop pool, a great bar downstairs and the best feature, a great attentive staff, especially KD. I had a wonderful stay at The Otis Hotel in Austin! The rooms were modern, clean, and super comfortable. The location was unbeatable, with Chick-fil-A right across the street (a big bonus!), tons of amazing Mexican food spots nearby, and even a Target just steps away (a treat for us Canadians!). Highly recommend if you're looking for convenience and comfort in the heart of Austin. The hotel staff were friendly and professional as well :)
Great stay! As soon as we walked in, KD greeted us with a smile and served up a heavy dose of southern hospitality. I have never felt so welcome at a hotel. KD was thorough in explaining the area and amenities to us. He was the epitome of supreme customer service. Our 2 queen size room was clean and well decorated. We stayed for two nights from Friday to Sunday and had a peaceful stay. It was quite quick to catch an elevator while we were coming and going.
