Very nice office staff, but horrible cleaners. Will do in a pinch but for weekly cleaning it's not worth it. Numerous things left untouched. Even though I have paid for the 3 hour minimum cleaning, they have not stayed the 3 hours and things have been untouched. Was told today by cleaner that she was old and my house was too big. I have only asked for them to clean one floor and not even all the rooms on the first floor. Too much prep work to have my house cleaned by The Other Woman. The office staff has always been dependable, the cleaning consistently done well, and I always look forward to getting home on the days you clean! Fabulous! – The Other Woman has been cleaning my house for several years and I have never had any complaints. They are the absolute best cleaning service in the Triangle and I appreciate their commitment to me and my family. Their services have allowed me, as a single mother, to have a life again because I know everything is taken care of in the household. They run my errands for me, do my laundry, and keep my house in great condition!

The Other Woman – I have never heard of this business until the "All Dolled Up" event, so I was a potential new customer. I was interested in the services they offered, and so I called to ask about that, as well as the "All Dolled Up" event. Well, they NEVER CALLED ME BACK, and to top it off the event was completely unorganized. How do they expect to get new customers when they can't even take care of potential new ones?! I will NOT recommend this to anyone ever!
Great work. Would Hire again! – They were timely and got the job done. Did everything I asked, everything looked great for a holiday party I was having. I was very impressed, would certainly recommend. Also have used for personal errands and they are very efficent and helpful!
Fabulous Company - Simply the BEST – You won't find a better housecleaning service than this in Raleigh! They are the best, working around my schedule, doing absolutely everything I asked. Reliable, Helpful, Positive – I use this cleaning service for moveout cleaning in a rental house I own. I used to do the cleaning myself but one time I did not have enough time to do it myself so I called The Other Woman. They did a great job. The place was spotless - the bathroom was clean, the cabinets were clean, everything was wiped down and sparkling. I will never do this cleaning again myself. I will always use The Other Woman. It is worth every penny!!!
