Wound up not purchasing from them as didn't have the right vehicle for me - but they were super helpful in giving me some more ideas of where to look. Great customer service.
Came across the other guys part way through the searching process. Was approved already and was set on a loan price I needed. Had been to multiple dealers all saying the same thing about being able to beat my pre-approval rating. Allowed them to all run my credit to get the same answer from them all - they Couldn’t beat it. Did a amazing job at making me feel welcome from the start. The car was as described and in great condition. Lowered my interest rate and got me into a newer car.
Drove 3 hours to get this car confirmed options prior & it wasn't the car it was supposed to be- that was 2 months ago & they still have it for sale

Even though I didn't purchase a vehicle, they were friendly and courteous, and very informative and up-front about all queations I asked. I will keep them in mind when I look again.
The 2013 was not on the lot, but they showed us a 2016 with fewer miles. Mike said $11,500 out the door. When we expressed interest the new number was $12,800. We put $100 down and left. The car-fax they showed us did not show any damage. I ran a car-fax at home and it had been involved in a front end collision. We elected to pass on the auto.
I talked to the dealer on the phone. The car didn't have heated seats, a must for my sore back, so I didn't go and see the car. But I'm sure the dealer would have followed up any commitments.
Told them looking to buy that day, asked for price, cash buyer. Given retail price, told I'd be called back in an hour with cash price. I bought same vehicle from anotherr dealer 4 hrs later. car biz must be good......
