Disappointed as a Functional Assessment ONLY turned into repeated useless teaching sessions which I explained would be of no help. I was right. How much of my daughter's NDIS funding wasted for them to discover what I already told them. I understand participants lie and pretend to know nothing. I have been using the OT Group for around 3-4 months and have had a good experience so far with my son. Grace has been doing sessions with him and I have found her to be fantastic and my son has also been enjoying his sessions with her. We look forward to continuing our time with Grace and the OT Group.
Friendly staff, quick to respond to enquiries, reports are very well detailed and is professional at all times. Highly recommended.
Erin is an amazing and supportive of all participants and people involved in the care teams
