We have been through a few different property management companies throughout the years, but the staff at Helm properties has been fantastic! They are always putting together fun activities for the tenants in the community, making it fun to live there, gives you a good sense of community with getting to know your neighbors. I moved in 2 months ago and its the best decision I made. Everyone from the staff to the maintenance to all the residence have been more then welcoming. I have met more people here in 2 months then I met in the last place I lived in 2 YEARS!!!! I have been to game night...a pool party...a flower party. They have so many different groups of things to do. I absolutely love it!!!
Just went to the Osprey at Lake Norma Pool Party. Property Management provided food, music and drink. It did not disappoint. We have lived here not even two months and have nothing but good to say. People are so friendly here. All of the folks at the office are friendly and quick to respond, and maintenance is on top of any repair requests and over the top kind. Yep friendly maintenance crew.
