Love Helm! Best management The Osprey has had so far! I love this property more than anything. It has been my favorite places to live! This is ONE of the only luxury apartment communities directly on the water for a great price. It’s definitely worth your time to check it out and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!
I love the boardwalk there’s nothing else like this great community on lake Norman and the office staff are so wonderful

I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. After living here well over a year now... The property management company ended up changing to HELM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, and immediately went down hill. When issues are brought up to leasing staff you are given a political answer that sounds good, but be reassured more energy will be spent doing nothing about any concern of yours. Expect your neighbors to be rude and snobby. The neighbors are inconsiderate and laugh when noise issues, specifically about dogs consistently barking, b... read more
