I love the boardwalk there’s nothing else like this great community on lake Norman and the office staff are so wonderful

I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. After living here well over a year now... The property management company ended up changing to HELM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, and immediately went down hill. When issues are brought up to leasing staff you are given a political answer that sounds good, but be reassured more energy will be spent doing nothing about any concern of yours. I walked in without an appointment, and the leasing team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and were extremely patient—especially since I haven’t rented in years. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable during the process. I’m happy to say I’ll be moving in after the new year, and I’m really looking forward to it. Highly recommend this team!
