I’ve lived in the Osceola for two weeks and I will not be resigning. My microwave has been broken since I’ve moved in and has yet to be replaced. There are so many roaches. Absolutely everywhere. The floor in the units are covered in paint splatters from the god awful paint they threw on the walls. My bathroom has mold in it. Every time I do laundry it costs roughly 8 dollars because of how awful the machines are and how expensive they are per load (2.85 to wash, 2.85 to dry and you will have to dry it twice). This place has a roach infestation. The workers here are completely unhelpful in handling this, even though I have a medical condition and am genuinely allergic to the allergens that roaches carry. They are everywhere, in my apartment, in the halls, in common areas. Each time I turn on a light in my apartment they go scattering. I have to shake out my clothes before putting them on to get the roaches off. Not to mention my AC is broken in the apartment. The conditions are unlivable. After living here for the last 11 months I would never ever recommend The Osceola as a place to live in tallahassee for students. For reference I rented one of their studio units. 1. Mold In the ac vents of the apartment the main one that supplies air to my apartment was incredibly weak, you have no control over the ac (atleast in my unit) and it would be unbearably hot or cold depending on the season.
