After living here for the last 11 months I would never ever recommend The Osceola as a place to live in tallahassee for students. For reference I rented one of their studio units. 1. Mold In the ac vents of the apartment the main one that supplies air to my apartment was incredibly weak, you have no control over the ac (atleast in my unit) and it would be unbearably hot or cold depending on the season. 4 stars based on an informative conversation with a office assistant, Nicole. She was friendly and very helpful with answering questions and navigating the leasing process. I will reserve a 5th star to post after move-in. If team members and management are caring and responsive, I expect my experience will be great.
