An incredibly sketchy place to live. We group up to walk down the halls of The Osceola, then split up again once we’re on the relative safety of Call Street.
I’m living at The Osceola, and overall, my experience is quite positive. The location is fantastic, situated conveniently near shops and stores, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Tallahassee. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made daily living comfortable. This apartment office does not know the effective way to handle any issues happening in the apartment at all. Particularly, they did not respond to any service request no matter how many times I requested. After I did finish subleasing process with all required documents, the management of apt requested to submit unnecessary documents.
Such a beautiful property and would highly recommend to anyone looking to attend FSU!
