The care I received on the day of my surgery was great. The issue I had was with the financial department’s handling of my surgery payment refund. You are required to pay half of the estimated surgery cost upfront, which I did, and after the claim went through my insurance I was informed that a refund would be issued since I had overpaid. I was not informed how I would receive the refund and assumed it would go back into the original form of payment which was my credit card. Everything is first rate and excellent!! I had knee meniscus tear repair with Dr. Lee. Excellent experience, from check in, pre op prep, operation, and post op. I’m totally satisfied. Entire staff was thoroughly professional, pleasant, and competent. Kudos to Lori Smith, Dr. Lee. Dr. Katz, Evelyn and Candace who all did an awesome job!! The place is modern, clean, and everything I could expect, and more. I can highly recommend all involved, thank you all!!!

I had a meniscus root tear repair and a small ACL tear repair with Dr. Liles. He is amazing. I want to give a shout out to all involved in my care—hope I get it correctly recalled. Mariam was my preop RN. Thanks for being so kind and your IV skills were amazing. Mike the circulating nurse put me at ease. Felt very comfortable with anesthesiologist, Dr. Silver.
