DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you value your time !! They'll be running hours behind & won't say a word to patients. When you ask what the problem is, the women at the front desk become extremely unprofessional & rude. I asked for a manager. When she appeared her attitude was "Oops, sorry about that" simply put. She told me there was a 2 HOUR DELAY which nobody at the front desk ever mentioned !! We respect the time of medical professionals but that same respect is not reciprocated. I had a total knee replacement in March. Everyone from consultation, reception, coordination of the surgery, nurses, anesthesiologist, my surgeon, Dr. Ciotola , etc were wonderful. My only compliant was being waken at 6am on the observation floor , asked to get out of bed and into a recliner that did not function (recline), for 6 hours before anyone came to get me for occupational therapy.
