I had a very bad experience. My doctor gave me a referral to this hospital for shoulder pain. My home is an hour's drive away. Their website said they take walk-in appointments, but when I went there on 03/14/2025, the front office staff member, Norma, said they were not accepting walk-ins and told me to go to the emergency room.
