I had a great experience here. The whole team is so warm and hospitable, I felt like I was in good hands.
I have had a great experience at this group! Dr. Kavanagh and Dr. Kandil are fabulous they took very good care of me! Also the staff front desk, nurses, and x-ray tech are top notch!
Over the course of 2 1/2 years I had both hips replaced by Dr Akhtar . I can’t say enough good things about the staff, the service at the office, the treatment, the recovery support or Dr Akhtar. Zero complaints.
Good practice, Dr. Kandil was very helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the staff at the practice could use a bit of customer service training as I personally felt like they were doing me a favor by taking me to the room where the doctor saw me. People who are dealing with injuries and/or pain usually have that added stress factor from said injury, the last thing they wanna deal with is a medical professional giving them attitude.
Skills, attention to the patient’s input, and thoroughness are always present with Dr. Kandil. His staff is very nice and do a wonderful job as well.I have never had to wait long at all. I also like that they can do an x-ray right in the office and the technicians are very skilled while not eating any time. Very pleased.
