I highly recommend The Ortho Express Clinic. Dr. Jaffe & staff were pros through every step of my visit. Got in, got seen, was heard and helped, and sent home in better shape! I am sincerely glad I chose to go there today, and will go back again without hesitation! Seamless perfection from a caring medical provider!!
I had a very good experience at TOI's physical therapy department for a knee pain I'd had for over a year, one that an injection didn't help. Everyone is very nice and friendly, including the front desk people. Chris was my therapist and he is great. He did a very thorough evaluation and after a few sessions I was able to continue my exercises at home. I'm now 100% better.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Stewart was pleasant during our visits. As for the front desk staff and the unprofessional way she speaks and handles patients is unbelievable. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years. Pain management for over 7 of those. To be treated like that and spoken to with absolute no respect and “laughed” at the end of the call and hung up on was mind blown. He seemed pleasant. Showed me my X-rays. Asked if I had brought images of my first set. I gave him a print out of the results from another facility. I was not given any CD from the first one. Apparently, no images could be emailed from the first facility. So I had to get new X-rays. He mentioned I would need to do exercises for my ankle. But never went over them or gave me instructions in a handout. I don't know if that was something for later or he just forgot.
