My daughter loved everyone that cared for her yesterday for her knee surgery! Thanks to Dr. Davis and the staff!
I was told that my foot was broken and was put in a boot which was fine. The boot did help. I was told I needed surgery asap! So I go back a few days later to hear again that my only option was to have surgery! That it would not heal without the surgery! All I am going to say is This is not true!
I was a first time patient. I arrived 30 min before my appointment so I could be checked in and ready to go. I waited for 2 hours before my name was called then waited another 20 min before the doctor came in. Dr Ruxer did not examine me but said I needed a procedure where needles are stuck in my back and left. The nurse came in and I explained that I could not do it but would be willing to see about an alternative therapy. She was rude and it seemed I was putting her out to consult with the doctor. The doctors and nurses were great however it is the the worst place I have ever taken my child to! Sat for 4 hours then was asked to contain my child after sitting for 4 hours then the receptionist asked another mom of a 1 year old to have him use his inside voice! A 1 year old inside voice Really!!!! The worst receptionist staff ever! Except the check in and out staff was nice!!
I had to wait a little bit, but my appointment was in the middle of the day so I wasn't surprised. The staff was very helpful and curteous!
In and out no wait time for me Dr Rogers and his staff have there stuff together
