From start to finish, our roof repair was top notch. We compared other companies, but what sold us on TORC was their immediate and fast attention to us; not to mention the expedited repair schedule! The workmanship was outstanding - the cleanup meticulous and the interaction with both office to Program to Estimator ---- well, exceeded expectations. Don't waste your time with anyone else in the Vegas valley -- I have lived here my entire life and will gladly recommend TORC to anyone needing any kind of roof work done!

As I wrote in a previous review, the workmanship and clean-up were outstanding. However I noticed that the wind-driven exhaust fan in the roof was not re-installed quite right, and when other fans on my street are turning, mine isn't. It's unfortunate that the fan, as a free source of at least some cooling, is not working properly. I reported this to ORC several days ago, but have received no reply :-)
They caused further damage to my roof during an estimate by not replacing a tarp that was there over a hole and refused to fix the issue when I pointed it out. I ended up doing the fix myself. I would never recommend this company nor will I ever use them again for future business.
My husband and I were really impressed with The Original Roofing company. Their prices were fair and they finished the job in a timely manner with professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company to others!
I've dealt with several roofing companies within the Las Vegas Valley and The Original Roofing Company is, by far, the best. Not only have their prices come in on the mark, their team is fantastic to work with. Friendly and professional, helpful and so responsive. I highly recommend them for any commerical or residential needs.
They were professional and fair from start to finish! I was uneasy after talking with some of the other companies, but The Original Roofing Company made me feel confident and secure that we had made the right decision. I would recommend them to anyone out there with roofing problems!
