The over charge and they send the late making you pay more.
Mattress started sagging in the middle after a few months. I had read a review before buying mine saying mattress sagged in the middle but thought it was just a one time occurrence. Sorry I didn't listen.
Love the quality of these mattresses so much that I've now bought 2 Orthopedic Ultra Plush King size sets. Love also that they are made right here in the Sunshine state. Do yourself a favor and buy your next mattress from OMF. Very professional and informative sales staff as well. Love the Thank You post card Izzy sent me too.
