Great experience and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was driving from far away and they went out of their way to make things convenient and had the products in store and ready. The mattress is way better quality and holds up much better than the bed-in-a-box brands or one sided mattresses I’ve purchased in the past.
The customer service was amazing and they were super nice. Unfortunately when folding the mattress for moving it, the employee folded it the wrong way and bent some of the support wires. Now the one side has a bend/indent in it which isn't covered under warranty because it was folded incorrectly.
Lonnie was the best ! I went in to check to see about a support bar for my frame. Lonnie answered my questions and I felt confident when I left. Thank You Lonnie
