We bought mattresses here years ago that were wonderful so I came back and bought a King one for our primary room. Right out of the gate we hated it. It sagged toward my husband when I was trying to sleep. It became like a furnace while sleeping. I called right away and they sent an “inspector” to my house to tell me I was wrong.
