We worked with Ember at the Shakopee location. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and patiently helped us make the right decision. I was very impressed with her ability to answer all our questions. Great experience!
I can’t say enough GOOD things about here and Original mattress overall. Ember at the store was patient, informative, kind and very professional. The morning of delivery our family had a change of plans. I hopped in the phone and they Darin was very accommodating and helpful I was thrilled. The delivery guys were great too. The whole experience was top notch.
Great experience and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was driving from far away and they went out of their way to make things convenient and had the products in store and ready. The mattress is way better quality and holds up much better than the bed-in-a-box brands or one sided mattresses I’ve purchased in the past.
The customer service was amazing and they were super nice. Unfortunately when folding the mattress for moving it, the employee folded it the wrong way and bent some of the support wires. Now the one side has a bend/indent in it which isn't covered under warranty because it was folded incorrectly.
