One of our biggest purchase regrets was an Original Mattress Factory (OMF) product. I hope this review spares you the physical pain and suffering that we experienced. The mattress is not firm – it is hard and unyielding. It has caused CONSIDERABLE discomfort on hips and shoulder pressure points. We purchased a $250 3-inch memory foam overlay to try and mitigate the hardness. Even this did not help with improve the comfort of the OMF mattress.
