I’ve been going to the original Las Casuelas since the early 60s with my family and as an adult is still my favorite Mexican Restaurant in Palm Springs it’s classic- it’s delicious - it is an original Palm Springs staple!
I ordered chicken chimichanga. I did not realize it comes soaked in a watery tomato soup.
