If you enjoy having AC units catch fire in the middle of the night, no responses to your emails from management , misleading emails from management ( downplaying aforementioned fire), a dirty gym, a parking garage that floods for pool filling, and construction that tears up every road around your home this is the perfect place for you
Beware if you're thinking of co-signing at West Lake Quarter (managed by Bader Management). I co-signed to help a family member qualify for a lease. I was told I could be removed later with mutual agreement. Later, management sent an email stating removal would require mutual agreement and proof of income. We provided exactly what they asked for — but were then told the matter would be "escalated to management for a decision."
