Unprofessional management who don’t like to follow up with actual solutions, car broken into in a garage that we pay for and they said they don’t have any cameras to review, constantly malfunctioning elevators, no AC for weeks when temps are 80+, heaters went out last winter for days, constant water outages for repairs, broken hot tub heater, mold in units, etc etc.
No Ac for months on end. No heat in the coldest parts of the winter and no reimbursement for a space heater. Broken elevators frequently in a 22 floor building. The hot tub is frequently broken and only open for a small portion of the year. The pool is frequently broken. The dryer does not work. There were bugs in our apartment when we moved in. Be prepared to go multiple weeks without air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter as the HVAC unit is very old and management seems to be blindsided everytime the weather changes
