The maintence response and effectiveness is tops. No matter what the issue, they'll resolve it fast and with a smile. Update: In talking to various tenured fellow residents, it seems virtually unanimous that the current residential team, notably; Derek, Victor and Tyler all come up in conversation as outstanding resourcesand vital elementsto the responsiveness of this team and the pleasure of living here. My husband and I stayed at The Original for two and a half years. I own my own business and worked out of our apartement. They were kind and respectful to my working hours when needing to stop by. I am impressed with the care they have for the people within their buildings. They care about the security and safety, the building and heated garage is secure with entrance codes.
