I am writing this email to complain over the care I received, via phone and scheduling appointments. 1. Nov 15, 2024 I came to PMG Immediate care to have my ears checked. My Blood pressure was high, usually is at dr. visit, and I asked for a retake later. My ears were cleaned out but no follow up BP check. 2. I was contacted Nov 20 about scheduling my Colonoscopy and denied due to high blood pressure. Was told to meet with my doctor to have my BP checked and approved. 3. It would be nice if they had a specimen drop off slot box The doctors I’ve met have been really friendly and nice And helpful The lab checks or the professionals in the lab have been quite awesome and friendly Thanks for giving me a good experience.

Had my husbands colonoscopy done by Oregon Clinic. They pumped too much air and water into his colon until it split open spilling into his body cavity. They did emergency surgery to cut out the damaged section. A few years later , his colon died where they reattached the colon and he had another surgery to repair it again. He lived a few years more and then died. Oregon clinic denied any wrong doing, which was a lie because the doctor that did the first surgery came to tell me it was his fault.
