My experience with Zoe - the scheduler at this office was nothing short of appalling. Her tone, attitude and unprofessionalism as a new patient seeking care, I see as a testament to the quality of service that any patient could expect to receive as the front office staff set the tone for the back office. Zoe refused to schedule an appointment to seek care with no other explanation other than “she believes I should go somewhere else”. I felt discriminatory practices were at play here and consideration of this is necessary.
I would avoid this whole group. Strung me along on appointments for months when they knew that my insurance would not cover the needed surgery. Set me back 6-12 months because now I have to start over with a different provider. Incompetent at best but how can you trust them? Had a hernia surgery years ago with Oregon Clinic and had a bad experience with them then. Should have known.
Caring and helpful
I’ve been a patient at this clinic since 2015. Dr. Montgomery performed surgery on my shoulder in 2021. His PA has been giving me injections in both shoulders since 2015. I was having pain and weakness in my other shoulder and Dr. Montgomery had no clue who I was or that he performed surgery on me. I don’t expect a surgeon to know everything about their patients but to not even review my chart before seeing me was wild and offensive.
