I have a wonderful doctor here and really like her transparency and support through some health issues and a surgery. However, the billing department is VERY rude when I called in asking why my monthly payments stopped going through on my account balance. Apparently, you have to reset your monthly payments if you go in for another appointment and have a new balance. This was new news to me and thought my monthly payments were going through.
