The billing process created an unacceptable and unnecessary payment risk for me. I had a balance owed and mailed in payment-card information. After about a month, the payment still had not been processed, so I mailed the information again. When I contacted billing, I was told that because two mailed payment authorizations were now in their system, the same balance could be charged twice. I had a back surgery and spinal fusion with DR David, been trying to reach out and get him to review my recent x rays. All receptionist have just said we well get a message to him. But just today i was told to call my provider doctor about a referral when i was told they all ready received my x rays and were waiting for my surgeon to respond. Since last summer. Referred me to a defunct imaging center, has reprocessed my Imaging not only to be the wrong kind which I already just got, but to a place that will give an incomplete report that will destroy my case for Social Security permanently, in spite of promising me diagnostic measurements over 6 months ago during my initial appointment.
