They got me in for an appointment relatively fast and the Dr. seemed great. After that every thing went down hill. Their communication sucks. I have never delt with a more incompetent staff. It all started trying to get set up on "mychart". That was a long drawn out mess with everyone blaming someone else for the problem. After getting signed up for "mychart" I could send and receive messages but that did not help. These people can't even get a referral right. I made an appointment about 3 weeks ago for early November only to be rescheduled within a couple of days. Now I have to wait for almost 2 months to get in and it will be the end of December. This sucks because Providence is dropping our Medicare and who knows which Medicare we well get. This all may be for naught. Then, when I called to reschedule I got sucked into their horrible AI thing and I cannot get past it. Then when the person did call me we cannot get into see the doc until the END of December. Unprofessional front desk staff. Impossible to get ahold of a human then they mess up your paperwork. This office is not competently staffed

After multiple attempts to send a message I finally called customer service, at their request and customer service told me that the problem was on the clinics end because they had not listed a care team for me and unless they do that you can not send a message. The billing process created an unacceptable and unnecessary payment risk for me. I had a balance owed and mailed in payment-card information. After about a month, the payment still had not been processed, so I mailed the information again. When I contacted billing, I was told that because two mailed payment authorizations were now in their system, the same balance could be charged twice.
