If I could leave a negative 5, I would. My friend had surgery on her burned foot, and this clinic didn't tell us she needed to BRING HER OWN MEDICATION to deal with the most painful part of her hopeful recovery, a surgical takedown. After we called them incompetent, they had us escorted out of legacy by three security guards. For calling them incompetent. I'd implore anyone thinking about going to any of the clinics here to seriously reconsider.
This hurts my heart to like put such a bad review on such a critical service. On the 3rd of January, I was burnt on my chest, for reasons I care not to talk about. I had surgery on the 12th of January that coming week. I had an appointment with my specialist, and I was given very little galls or very Little oiment and told to go out and buy it. We've had a very positive experience with this clinic with follow-up care for my toddlers burns. The staff has all been exceptionally friendly. Theresa was great with my toddler, and her medical assistant, Mariella, was so cheerful, helpful, and kind. I am very grateful for the care we've received.
