Waited months for an appointment, arrived early, they didn't open door until I knocked, then pushed me aside with a sign, then my doctor was a half hour late. Once we got into the appointment I told her my frustrations and she told me to find a different doctor.
Christy Dunst needs to be held accountable for her neglect. You can't have a Surgon preforming Surgries and outright denying any type of aftercare. I know I am not the only patient struggling to survive, navigating without any aftercare.
If I could give TOC-Advanced Surgery zero stars, I would. I have been a patient of theirs since 2020. Every interaction with the general staff has been unpleasant and difficult to navigate my care. Last time I reached out about needing an annual MRI they were quite abrasive and said do not contact us, we will contact you. I have been patiently waiting, and now I am almost a year overdue for my annual MRI screening.
