Fantastic place to live! Everything was always clean and management was extremely responsive with any/all requests we had. Would highly recommend this place. They were even able to sublease our apartment after we broke our lease, saving us a ton of money. Would be hard pressed to find a better place to live in the Third Ward/Walker's point.
My fiance and I lived at Oregon Apartments for a year and it was an amazing experience. The community is so welcoming, the management is extremely helpful (shout out to Jessica), and the move in/move out process was easy. The only reason we moved out is because we purchased a house. I would highly highly recommend living here to anyone in the Milwaukee area!
I lived at The Oregon for several years and absolutely love the property. The management and maintenance teams are kind, responsive and helpful. The entire property is kept up with regular cleaning, painting and other maintenance to keep it looking clean and new. Tenants are nice and quiet too. If you want to live in a walkable neighborhood and be slightly tucked away in a quiet building this is your place. You will be very happy.

Oregon Lofts has exceeded my expectations. Jessica has been such a pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond throughout the leasing process. My maintenance request was even processed and fulfilled during the same business day. Everything is well organized and communication is always on point.
