I’ve adored this brand for a few months now, but after today’s visit, I can confidently say I’m not shopping anywhere else. Taz made my experience truly exceptional! She has in-depth knowledge of every product and took the time to understand my existing skincare routine before making recommendations. It honestly felt like I was speaking with a skincare professional—because she truly is one. I highly recommend visiting The Ordinary store on Queen Street and asking for Taz. The experience was completely memorable!
I had honestly forgotten about The Ordinary until I saw their Periodic Fable ad and it completely hooked me again! I went to the Distillery District location and loved everything about my experience. Kazi was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She really listened to my skin concerns and was thoughtful about how to incorporate new products into my existing routine. Had such a great experience at The Ordinary on Queen St West. Taz (Talal) was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand my skin concerns. She even put together a full one-month routine tailored just for me, which I really appreciated. I left feeling confident about what to use and excited to start the regimen. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Taz if you get the chance!
Talak and her colleague were very helpful. Talak was very experienced and created my routines per day and night with giving to the point information and relevance. She is very patient and explained how to built a base step by step. I will definitely go back for her.
