The last 2 years out of my 5-year residency have been nothing buthell due to both the downstairs and upstairs neighbors. Management is ineffective, and could care less if your right to live in a peaceful environment is violated by your neighbors repeatedly. Currently the downstairs neighbors have violated their lease a half a dozen times that I am aware of, with suspected drug use here, extreme domestic violence which has caused damage to the property, and they are still residing here. Horrible place to live! The last 2 years of my life have been hell here because of ineffective management. There is no such thing as a peaceful living environment here, and it is a cesspool of felons! The neighbors below me are consistently breaching their lease with extreme bouts of domestic violence which has resulted in property damage here to The Orchards, suspected drug use, high volumes of traffic and yet they still reside here, and the reason for that is because they are African American.
