WE LOVED IT ! – A friend and I went to see Longwood Gardens and were wonderfully surprised to find such a fine restaurant right near our hotel. The Orchard was lovely...music...soft jazz and great selections...very clean...the service was excellent and I cannot say enough about the food. I guess it's obvious my friend and I felt like we discovered gold ! I'm going back to Longwood (from Baltimore) in a few weeks and can't wait to introduce this restaurant to my husband. fantastic – It's hard to believe that you could find such an idealic spot in such a remote place. I've been there on four occasions, and have yet to be dissapointed. A very charming setting, with a great food and staff. One server is an opera singer who speaks German and French. What a treat.
wow – Wow NYC atmosphere in the middle of nowhere. Comfort - Fine Dining at its best outside a major city!!! Only complaint is that I had to wait for my table in a packed house on a Sat night.... but the staff made me feel good. Don't like BYOB but definately worth the trip for the food. WOW
