The facility itself is beautiful. I had a good experience with maintenance issues being corrected in a timely manner. My only issue with the Orchard is their property management. The manager comes across as extremely condescending and sometimes, flat out rude - completely unnecessarily. Is it a make or break deal on leaving here - no - but it did make my experience less than pleasant. Overall I’d recommend to live here but advise to be cautious in situations dealing with her.
