I came in a little late rushing from work and was greeted with a smile not sure of her name but she knew who I was before I spoke and told me that I.would be taking care of right away ! Janine I believe was great super comforting and extremely easy to talk to even when I was numb . She made sure that the chair was comfortable for me too as well as going over the instructions a few times. Afterwards , she even gave me a cute care package that included the instructions as well.
