Becoming a customer here was a great experience from beginning to end. The customer service is amazing. I was able to get appointments for myself and 2 kids on a Saturday morning. It's a lovely shop with a huge selection of frames. Dr. Fensch was wonderful with both of my kids. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options and helped me settle on the best one for me. Broken frames aren't any fun! It's even worse when Mom donated the old pair of glasses and we find out that the plant that manufactures the frames is closed for the summer. Thank you so much, The Optical Shoppe, for lending a pair of frames to Hayden for 2 months while she waited patiently! That was excellent customer service! She was so happy to have her blue frames back today-couldn't wait to take a selfie! (See post on the Facebook page)
The Optical Shoppe is the only place I go for glasses! Very fond of family owned businesses. Dave & Jamie are the best! They make you feel comfortable. I bought 3 pairs of glasses in the past few years. They patiently found frames I loved that fit my budget. Lenses are put in quickly. Jamie makes the fitting perfect. I'm going in today! Glasses broke beyond repair. I'm certain I'll recieve the same amazing service as always. Thank you Dave & Jamie! Hope to see Ariana working in there one day!
