Dr. Susan gives great eye exams and I love the selection of glasses! I also love that there is someone to help you choose the best frames for your face!
Dr. Susan Coats has a special trait of listening very carefully as I explain my vision status at each exam. She has identified issues and made adjustments to my prescription each time that help me see clearly! My most recent prescription has made a world of difference and I am so thankful for her expertise and precise evaluation of my eyes. I am blind in one eye. And after going somewhere else that put me in the progressive lenses, I was beyond frustrated. So I changed up to the Optical Shop, and Dr. Coats was very patient and answered my questions, she pretty much let me know, that they should had warned against the progressive lenses. Everyone that works there, are great. I can't recommend them enough! Great selection of frames as well.
