I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and Joff Pedretti is certainly one of the finest real estate agents that has assisted me. He is knowledgeable, congenial and always professional. I will consult him again in the future for any of the real estate needs me or my family may need.
I cold called Joff while I was back in the area dealing with a property we own there. I had a big request…get me some cash buyers within 48 hours. While nothing came to fruition that weekend, he spent an incredible amount of time making calls, updating me, and even got a prospective buyer through the next day - all on a weekend for someone that he didn’t know. He’s incredibly connected, dedicated, and knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to recommend!
