Joff and his entire team are amazing. They were very easy to work with, answered all of my questions quickly and they always had our best interest in mind. We had gotten ourselves into a spot where we needed to cancel a purchase agreement a week before our closing. Obviously, this was stressful and not an easy/fun process, however, Joff never faltered and got it done for us. He will do whatever he can to make sure you are happy with this big decision, and he will get you the best deal possible while he is at it.
