This is without a doubt the best gym I've ever been to. I've been going here for a year now and since day one I was treated like family. No it is not the biggest gym but don't let size fool you. From their state of the art free weights, smith machine, squat rack, and much more to having a heavy bag room with professional instruction. Cardio at the open gym is never forgotten.
