Be mindful if you decide to move this building, although the apartments can be appealing and the staff in the building are great, the building is heavily neglected by its management company. We have been dealing with elevator issues on and off for about a year now as far as I personally have seen. Most ghetto, unprofessional “luxury” apartment building in queens. There’s 3 elevators that are supposed to be working and you’re lucky if ONE is working. Today on my way to work I got stuck in an elevator, and many others have as well.
