The shop had a great selection of high quality minerals as well as some budget-friendly ones for the kids. The ladies area exceptionally friendly and patient when helping my kids.

Criticism should be taken into account and should not be retaliated with arguments. If anything it should be responded to with explanation and gentle conversation to help improve customer experiences. Taking offence and acting out of emotion definitely will not result in customer satisfaction and will turn people away from the business due to a lack of grace. :(
Was here a few days ago and had a wonderful time with my sister and dad and bought lots of items and amazing mystery packets and loved all the jewellery. But drove back today (a nearly 2 hour drive) to bring my partner possible engagement ring and matching ensemble shopping only for the place to already be closed!
