Very disappointed with the customer service in this store. Products are nice, but we didn’t feel welcome whatsoever so didn’t spend the time to actually enjoy the products. Such a shame. As a geologist, I loved it with some beautiful opals and minerals from around Australia. I didnt purchase anything on the spot as couldnt decide, but ordered later that day with ease. Very happy thank you!
We truly enjoyed our experience at the opal center. The lady who helped us was very helpful and polite. Would totally recommend anyone looking for an opal to shop here. The lady who helped had great knowledge and personalized the experience. Would recommend.
