I have been there a few times and spent alot of money in was there the other day it was a tuesday she wasnt welcoming at all walked around the shop a few times to get eye balled after 20 minutes of eye balling finally asked do we need help owner wasnt in store and the other lady that was very nice last few times wasnt there. Feel like I didn't want to spend my money this time as she was rude to other customers about the toilet when asked not professional disappointed as I have spent plenty of money there before
This is my second time purchasing from Liz and her team! Traveling from Canada to visit my sister and her family we visited for the first time a few years back and very much enjoyed the experience. This year we had to visit again! Liz and Sara were so wonderfully helpful in choosing a number of different pieces for my personal collection and especially when I video chatted with several friends in Canada so they too could own their own pieces of Australian Opal. Usually a place would at times purchase from when visiting. This won’t be a place be getting anything from now on with the pureness of sour faced workers with no customer service like welcoming, poor environment feel. Once was a place with friendly staff but seems to have completely turned the opposite direction.
