Amazing service at the opal centre, all staff are kind, respectful and greet you friendly , crystals are beautiful, the jewellery is top quality and affordable based on what you are after! Love the mystery box! Thank you opal centre for your great service
LESS THAN 1 STAR Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased two opal rings in April, and in less than two months one of the opals split cleanly in half. I took the ring back to the store expecting they would stand behind the quality of their product. Instead, I was told the damage was my fault. Fantastic service from start to finish. The staff are highly trained, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The products are excellent quality, and the customer service is second to none. Five-star service all around. Highly recommended.
Very disappointed with the customer service in this store. Products are nice, but we didn’t feel welcome whatsoever so didn’t spend the time to actually enjoy the products. Such a shame.
