I can’t say enough good things about Ooten Law Firm. They made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier by always being responsive, patient, and kind. I truly felt like they cared about me and my situation, not just the case. Ooten law was a great experience. Were able to accommodate my payment plan and even though I didn’t receive to many updates handled my case outcome in my favor. I do recommend them! They are a small but busy team and get it done! Matt was very personable and seems like a really good dude from our small exchange. I’d use him again if I ever was a bad boy in the future.
After a huge mistake and misunderstanding, on my behalf, this firm was a phenomenal help! Mr. Ooten himself helped me through the process and litigation with great counseling. They do a wonderful job here and work with the clients thoroughly! They can be “pricey” people believe, but it’s hard to put a price on great counsel. 10/10 will do further business, though hoping it does not come to that! Everything turned out much better than I had hoped for.
I hired this law office to handle a traffic matter affecting my CDL. I paid $1,000 after being assured they would protect my license and prevent points from being added. Despite those promises, I still received points on my CDL. I later discovered CDL Advocates would have charged $646 for the same type of service, which makes me feel that I overpaid.
